Well howdy!
We had an odd weekend of gigs. Friday started out a bit shakey for the sound-check, but ended up a great ol' gig, thanks so much for all those who came, nice to see newcomers along with the usual faithful, you are very brave to come so often.
Sunday it was the 'infamous' Boogaloo and somehow there was a comunication breakdown (ooh, must listen to some Led Zep now) and Bap Kennedy and his chaps didn't know us and Jamie Lawson were playing, but they were very gracious and accommodated us anyway. The gig was a crazy one for us, but apparently it sounded A-Okay, and it was wonderful to see some new faces, thanks so much for coming down. Also a little highlite for many on the night was an impromptu song by the very wonderful Nick Lowe, so all in all, a good weekend for music!
